This picture is representative of my brain when I began this journey.  I was learning to be an online learner at the same time I was learning to be an online instructor.  Talk about irony....... The combination of Instructors and Peers in this program quickly helped me to become more confident in my abilities.  They were always there to answer questions and give me ideas.  

By my second semester two things became very evident.  I discovered that there would be much trial and error but what I would learn from the experience would be invaluable.  I also realized that my assignments would be from a different perspective than most of my peers due to my background and that being different was not a bad thing.  

This program has not only helped me to become an online instructor. It has also given me many ideas and tools to use in my current career.  The experiences that I have had during this program will follow me as I continue to develop as an online instructor, both in the educational arena as well as the professional development arena.
