Rich Text Content

After reading all the content in Learning Activity 1: The Man, you will post to our class Padlet some of things you found most interesting about Shakespeare from your reading.

To post on Padlet, simply click on a blank space on the tan background or click the pink "+" to add on Canvas. A box will pop up, here you can add text, images, links, and other information for your initial post.

You can also view "A Guide to Padlet" to see instructions on how to use our class Padlet along with a video explaining how Padlet works.

Instructions:

  1. Find a picture of Shakespeare that you like and post it.
  2. Below the picture add 5 facts that you found interesting about Shakespeare's life.
  3. Below the picture and your 5 facts, research and find one movie, piece of music, or story that has been influenced by Shakespeare's work (do not pick one of the ones I gave you as examples in Learning Activity 1). Write a brief narrative of no more than about 100 words describing why you chose that movie, piece of music, or story and what you found interesting about it's connection to Shakespeare's work.

After you have posted the above information, please respond to two of your classmates posts on the class Padlet. If you have any questions, please email me at Alivia.barrier@my.lr.edu

Feedback on this formative assessment will be given through an audio recording sent directly to you through Canvas.
